1. Returns

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of ebooks, including workshop manuals, are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once the purchase is completed.

2. Refunds 
Refunds are only issued in cases where:

  • The ebook was not delivered due to a technical error.

  • The ebook was not downloaded.

  • The file is corrupted or unreadable, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.

3. Exchanges
Exchanges are not available for digital products. If you have received an incorrect file, please reach out to our support team for assistance.

4. Non-Refundable Items
All digital downloads, including ebooks and workshop manuals, are non-refundable unless stated otherwise under Section 2.
